Together, we act, protect, and restore in our city between the mountains and the sea, where a little more care and respect on land is returned to us by a grateful ocean.

Rooted in the spirit of community and driven by a shared passion for the ocean, Ocean Optimist Dahab brings people together to create lasting, positive change. By combining local knowledge, hands-on actio and a deep respect for nature, we aim to protect what makes Dahab so unique, for today and for future generations.

Our focus areas:

* Clean-ups

Taking direct action to remove waste from beaches, reefs, and surrounding areas, helping to preserve the natural beauty of Dahab.

* Awareness and education — highlighting the benefits of a healthy ocean and reducing waste

Inspiring mindful habits and raising awareness about how everyday actions impact marine life and coastal ecosystems.

* Coral reef restoration

Supporting efforts to protect and restore coral reefs, ensuring the resilience and biodiversity of our underwater world.

By caring for our ocean – one drop at a time – we can make a real difference. We lead by example and show how collaboration creates greater impact.

With our core team of Liquid Adventures, Octopus Divers, Dahab Divers and Deeproots, we aim to inspire more people and organizations to embrace this shared responsibility.
